2. Products & delivery
MG PLUGINS specializes in the sale of digital license keys designed for WordPress plugins. Each product offered on our site is accompanied by a clear description of its features, functionalities, and compatibility, so customers can make informed purchasing decisions.
Once an order has been successfully processed, delivery of the license keys takes place electronically. Keys are displayed in the customer’s account area on the website. This method guarantees immediate access to the purchased product, eliminating waiting times or shipping delays.
3. Prices & payment
All prices listed on the website are expressed in euros (EUR). As MG PLUGINS is registered in France under the micro-entreprise regime, VAT is not applicable and will therefore not be added to the displayed prices, in compliance with Article 293B of the French General Tax Code.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe, a trusted payment service provider. Full payment is required before any order can be confirmed and before the license keys can be delivered to the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and up to date when completing their purchase.
Once payment has been confirmed, an electronic invoice is automatically generated. This invoice will be sent to the customer by email and may also be accessible from the customer’s account page for record-keeping purposes.
4. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, certain products and services benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not extend to digital goods that are delivered immediately after purchase, such as software license keys.
By completing a purchase on this website, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that delivery of the license key is immediate, and consequently, no right of withdrawal or cancellation period applies. All sales are therefore final once the license key has been issued.
5. Warranty & refunds
MG PLUGINS complies with the legal warranty of conformity as established by French and EU legislation. This ensures that the digital license keys provided will correspond to their description and perform as intended, provided they are used under the recommended technical conditions.
Refunds will only be considered in specific cases, such as when a license key proves to be defective, unusable despite technical support, or clearly does not match the description provided on the product page. Beyond these circumstances, no refunds will be granted, given the digital and irrevocable nature of the products sold.
The liability of MG PLUGINS is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the order in question. No additional compensation, damages, or indirect losses will be covered.
6. Personal data & privacy
In order to process orders effectively, MG PLUGINS collects certain personal data from its customers. This includes, but is not limited to, the customer’s name, email address, billing details, and payment information. All payment data is handled securely by our payment provider and is never stored directly on our servers.
The data collected is used solely for order processing, account management, and customer support. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute personal data to third parties, except for technical service providers whose role is strictly limited to hosting, payment processing, and email delivery.
Customers who wish to exercise their legal rights regarding access, correction, or deletion of their data may do so by contacting us directly at [email protected]. Further details are provided in our Privacy & Cookies Policy.
7. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any disputes that may arise in connection with the interpretation or execution of these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of French courts. Nevertheless, these provisions do not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
8. Miscellaneous
MG PLUGINS reserves the right to amend and update these Terms from time to time, in order to remain compliant with evolving legal obligations and to improve clarity for customers. Any changes will take effect once published on this page, and it is the responsibility of customers to review the Terms periodically.
